I'm no veteran, but I built these for £10 - one thing i'd say is spring for a pipe cutter or get your pipe cut for you as using a hacksaw for cutting pipe is a fucking nightmare.

Also, I made the horizontal pipe 12" as I saw no need to have it be 24" and if it's longer it will just bend in the middle. Also, if you leave one pair of joints un-glued, you can fold them flat for easy storage.

They work great for l-sits and tuck planche work, and being able to transition from one to the other is fun.

My Reddit secret santa bought me these which are pretty good. Straps are really sturdy, but i imagine wood rings would feel nicer on the hands.

My mrs got me these rings for Christmas which I have hung on this pull up bar The straps are adjustable and really long, I have them about 3 foot off the ground for inverted rows.

I realise that is not an Iron Gym bar but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work the same.

I bought these recently and have no complaints.

Have the thing that clamps facing you and pointing towards the ground, put the strap from the back and down into the clamp.

Hope that is easy to understand.
