Thank you! I ordered all the materials for this piece on (Canadian) Amazon actually. I used thee rings in two sizes to act as the base, here are links for the big one and the little ones. The cord is this one in Burgundy and Shadow Gray. :)
As for the length, I don't quite remember exactly, but I measured by full arm lengths (stretch out your hands as far as possible for a unit of 1). I did that maybe three times and folded in half to get my length for almost all of the pieces except the red one along the sides. That one is one long piece that is double the size of others since I wanted to have the little hook in the middle and then knotted it around the sizes of the large ring :)
