aside from all the bras, pen parts for my wacom for some reason all the shops locally like best buy and office depot, only carry supplies for the bamboo and can order the new intuos4/5 but wont order me the intuos3 parts.. and i'm on my last nib.. i've had this tablet for.. 6 years now plus or minus a few.. and i finally used up the pack that came with it...

elbow pillow splint doctor gave me one on loan until i get one because i did something to my arm and have a pinched nerve or other issue and have two numb fingers with no pain.. i have to wear it at night and this week i have to either buy it from them or return it.. what they want for it is insane.. i guess they assume insurance is gonna buy it.

wrist support wrap to help with the same issue as above when i'm not sleeping.

I'm a programmer by day, and enjoy pc gaming. I regularly do some of the wrist exercises noted by Darkstrategy. I also switched to an ergonomic keyboard and trackball at work (not home), and started putting on a wrist splint when I slept. This is the wrist splint I use. All of these combined have definitely lessened my day-to-day pain. If I spend a particularly long session in front of my PC it still sometimes bothers me, but it's made a big difference.

Overall though, you definitely need to pay attention to your ergonomics. Stop slouching, space everything correctly, etc. Takes a while to build new habits, but it's worth it.

No affiliation. Not the exact model I have, as mine are old. Pretty much the same thing though. They work! No worries. If they don't work, you might need an operation. I know people who have had the carpal tunnel operation and all were helped by it

i used these at night for a long time: http://www.amazon.com/Brownmed-Imak-Pil-O-Splint-Adjustable-Pound/dp/B0007A0DAA

Mine wore out eventually, but they may be too hot for winter time and pregnancy.

I also like the generic ones sold at walgreens the best because they don't get too hot.
