If Amazon (new) is available, I use that as my posted price. My chart will include all 3. The reason for using Amazon (new) over 3rd party is that the API doesn't factor in shipping, so the 3rd party sellers price is misleading more often than not.

No problem. Those come with an ink bladder (for use with an ink bottle) as well as one cartridge (disposable, and you can buy more).

There are tons of colors to choose from. Pick one that's unique, but not overly festive (so a shade of blue or red, gray or black - no bright neon pink) and keep it. I know they don't come cheap, but remember, it's about 3-4 years of ink.
How about this very classy and functional Parker Urban pen, at only $32 it's well below your budget and it works very well, and with your savings you could easily buy a beautiful bottle of Iroshizuku Ink and still end up saving almost $50 versus your planned budget.

You can definitely manage to get Iroshizuku bottles for lower than that in the UK though. For example, how about these. These are from Japan, so have a longer shipping time, but have no import fees as the are under the threshold, and have Amazon customer service regardless. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but I think you may be somewhat overpriced, with shipping costs taken into account, some of them price pretty closely with the main UK storefronts (Thewritingdesk.co.uk has them for £27.50).
If you do lower the price, I am interested in a few of the iroshizuku bottles. If not, I wish you the best in selling them.
