If you don't like caps, try oblates. It's an edible film you can swallow, people use it for stuff like kratom so they don't have to deal with the taste. Way better than dealing with caps.

I think most of us who use capsules use the 00 size, but if you don't have any issues swallowing the 000 I think you'll be fine. Something else to consider might be using oblate discs or pouches. It's an edible super thin film. Lots of people use them for their powdered herbs.

Taymount reported a death from naso tube FMT. Sticking a tube down your throat like that carries significant risk for scraping/puncture. It would not be significantly better than using that syringe instead to fill capsules.

In my experience, donor quality is the #1 factor, everything else is relatively minor in comparison.

I would not recommend that either. I imagine there would be a significant choking hazard, and it shouldn't be that much better than just using a syringe to fill capsules.

Oblate disks or ham-chutes are safer to ingest; replace TP with a piece of thinly sliced deli ham.

They also have cheaper flat circles that are more parachute like versus bags but they are out of stock.

Ever had the Japanese candy botan with the edible rice paper? This is similar to that. I toss and wash because these make me nervous that they'll rip open. It's also hard to swallow IMO. I'd love if someone chimed in on tips to use these. I put 1/2 tsp in a bag so it shouldn't be overfilled.

The trick is to have a little bit of water or other drink in your mouth, just enough to wet the inside of your mouth well, and then take a quick sip of drink to wash the packet down. I am a fan.

Where do you get these? I make capsules but this may be a handy alternative when I need something in a hurry. I was searching on Amazon and I have no idea what I am looking for....

It's easier to take than toss or wash , swallow in bathroom or wherever. Like swallowing food. And won't leave green residue all over your mouth. They are tricky to get used to , but quite nice for work, or having to go places with people for a long amount of time.

I know that a few people have already mentioned oblate bags, but I’m gonna give you an actual link. These things are AMAZING. You can put up to a half tablespoon in one pouch and swallow it without ever tasting a thing.

Fill it up, twist the top, and seal it with a tiny bit of spit.

I use 0 caps and fit about 5g into 20 caps. I usually swallow them 3 at a time with a soft drink. Mostly I use oblate bags, put about 2.5g in each bag and essentially parachute them.

Fits waaaay more than a capsule, and once you get the hang of folding the rice paper it's super quick and easy, never breaks, fits 4 grams of powder comfortably.

I personally prefer to use oblate bags.

I put about 4 grams in each and down them kind of like raw oysters. It's not for everyone but works better than T&W for me.
