That is the one I bought. Its not super sturdy but it gets the job done. Has great little out croppings below the side clasps, and I just use straps on either side to tie down to the tie points in the back, so I can still open when its tied down. If someone were determined they could take it, but the trunk is heavy and it would take some effort/time to get it out. I mostly keep water, food and emergency gear in it, so if someone stole it, it would suck, but would not be a huge loss.
We have a trunk that's filled with emergency supplies/food/our hammocks/maps. We keep it chained & locked to the jeep. We can also sleep in the back when we go camping, which is awesome. We also plan to have kids so the JKU just made more sense.

I've only had them 3 or so days. Similar to the plano you linked. It's kind of thin plastic but fits my cot, tent, extension cord, duct tape, pillow, and blanket in one. Pots, pans, cooking stuff in another.
I'm a little worried about the durability of the weight on the wheels, but the one linked looked like it may be slightly thicker. The one I linked doesn't have an o-ring.
Those action packers are thick sturdy plastic.
