That's the same one I use at home.
At the bar, I like to use what's called an "English Bar Spoon" that has a flat weighted end opposite the spoon so you can give a brief muddle with it, or layer drinks using the flat end to slow the pour at the drink's surface.
I have one, and it has a twisted stem.

Got it a long time ago, prefer the teardrop ones since the muddle end gets in the way of my hand forcing me to stir lower on the stem (more repeated stress).
