Yeah I got it as a gift but I really like it. Simple black watchface, good tick to it, nice for taking pulses or glancing to check the time and it doesn't obscure your auscultation as long as it's high up enough on the tubing. Similar to this model and clips right onto the tubing. I've never seen anyone else with one, but I also haven't gotten made fun of for it yet, and it's been quite a while, so I'm calling it a win.

I personally love my littmann light weight. Comfy on my ears and you can hear everything just fine. Plus 40$ on amazon and comes in a bunch of colors is nice. Had it since 2015 at this point. I got a little clock attachment with the seconds hand on it and people love to steal it since our ICU room does not have a clock so if you don't have a watch your SOL. Plus its LIGHT WEIGHT who needs neck problems, not me.

"I'm just going to 'listen to your heart for a minute' ahem Just breathe normal."

(Actually counting respirations...)

I find this usually works. Also, I have one of these attached to my stethoscope so I'm not craning my neck in search of a wall clock: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001ULDADW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_HNcxDbJH4KASE
