I feel you about caring. I sometimes feel a little boyish when I work out (muscles + pixie cut + flat boobs + ruler-ish shape from the front), which is a totally fine thing, I just prefer to look more feminine myself.

Anywho, I have this padded sports bra and it's the best! It's enough support for me to jog, lift, and jump rope. But it doesn't squish my boobs flat, and gives them a nice round shape.

I also have this one. It also has pads and I do like it, but it's slightly less comfortable and makes things a little more compressed.

That's the last book I read!! I just posted that in this morning's post :) great book. I use this one but I'm on the small side so I don't need as much support.
