For $122 (100 pounds), you can't buy a dSLR with lenses and everything else you need. The minimum price for a respectable result out of such a system is $500 (that would include lenses, filter, stabilizers etc).
So, use your phone. What you can buy is mini stick-holder like this one https://www.amazon.com/qubo-Mini-Tripod-Camera-Holder/dp/B07JGXPYL5/ ($20), and use the rest of the money for a clip-on variable ND filter ($20), the Filmic Pro app ($15 with in-app purchases), tripod ($15, Amazon), and a mini shotgun mic ($35, like the Movo one). You'll need to engineer some way to secure the mic on top of your setup btw, because there's no hole to put it. You need the ND filter in order to force your camera to get down to 1/50th shutter speed (which is important for movies), and you need the Filmic Pro app to get full manual controls and LOG footage that color-grades better.
You'd need another $75 to get a used gimbal, but you might not need it at all if you're careful with the stick holder.
