I use Anker products and have never had an issue. Pick up this for my two week vacation as just an incase I need extra power when I'm not near an outlet. Used it on a road trip and didn't have any issues.

Currently use this as my wall charger. Never had any issues with it even with charging 3 devices simultaneously.

Best brand out there. I have the 26,800 mAh one and it keeps me charged all weekend long.

You will have to buy a usb c cable for the switch when it comes out. This only comes with a micro usb.

Not to mention the TPCast is only ~$30 cheaper than the official first party supported adapter.

I have the Vive wireless adapter on an OG Vive with the deluxe audio strap and have noticed that it gets uncomfortable on my scalp about 2 hours in. I have a piece of foam between the headstrap and the adapter to absorb the heat. When I say uncomfortable I mean I notice it's getting hot, it's not exactly giving me 3rd degree burns.

Also the official battery does not last 6 hours (at best you're getting about 3 hours), however you can use 3rd party batteries that support QC 3.0. I have a Anker battery that costs less than the Vive one and lasts twice as long. The only caveat is that it takes forever to charge. I typically charge it overnight.

I'll put this here so its near the relevant comment.

I'm using this bank and this pack to hold it. Slots in perfectly to the 3.5 inch version.

Just get this or a smaller version.

It will charge a iPhone 10 times over. Charge it overnight and never worry about a dead battery again.

Sure. Here's what I'm using for my wireless setup:

Charger: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IUTIUEA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Battery: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N3TVRP2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Vest (with front pockets to hold the battery, 2 at once if desired): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XF27TY5/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The vest is a MUCH better approach than a belt clip, imo. I don't even notice it's there even with the bigger 26k battery. Love it. I'm imagining when I finally pickup a high end gaming notebook and slide it in the back for fully untethered gaming. Of course I'd use the wired setup for that :)

The one I use is this one, but it’s kind of pricey. Anker also has cheaper banks

Is the one in the article different from this one?

u/ZTB1313 · 1 pointr/NintendoSwitch

I didn't read the article because of who I am as a person. But I will say I love but of my Ankers. I had a small one but got this massive beast on sale. I leave it in my bag all the time it charges my phone, switch, headphones, anything. I've never depleted 100% of the power even after a week of use.

Is it just accesories? The fastest way to get charge is to go to usb-c to usb-c. Correct? But looking at the images I just see USB-A ports in the images. If i want to to do usb-c to usb-c I would have to use the port that is used for charging? But it says input? does that mean it can't output?

Just wanted some clarfication.
