What did you end up doing? Long story short I have a hawk's leg that I didnt skin. All the skin and ligaments hold it together and is actually pretty cool. Reminds me of the moa paw they found a while back. Left it in the sun to dry & bleach the exposed bone.
Having a whole lizard like that whould be cool if put into a block of acrylic like this bat
