I don't think its worth it to own little kids on a paint game but to each their own.

I'd look in to a cheaper software alternative if that's possible.
I use a mouse on ps4..so i dont know wtf these people are talking about...
Edit add: I knew the above response would not go well. Internet, its cool. I'm not a fan of PC vs Console ,play games on what you enjoy. With that said I am a PC and PS4 & Nintendo player (could say I am a fanboy of all 3, it is about the games).
I never liked FPS on a console, and refused to play them. When I was able to finally buy a decent PC, I gave them another shot (haha!) and found that I enjoyed them more as a PC player.
Going back to a FPS on a console is not my thing. I use one of these . It allows me to play the FPS my family enjoys playing and often beg/bug me to play with (as of today, this would be Destiny that I no longer play and now Overwatch).
I have no idea if you can just plug a mouse in a ps4 and it work. I use a Logitech mouse and a ps3 motion navigator.
Side note: I own Overwatch on PC and ps4.
