Hey all!! Bookmarked the BWF video that hit front page of videos some time ago.

Finally got into gear and on my second day of the RR. I'm loving it! I already have a pull up bar, yoga mat and resistance bands.

I'm in decent enough shape to start at a harder difficulty, but I'm going level 1 on everything just to loosen my muscles and complete the whole regime. My back and wrists feel it!!

Anyone have input on using a doorway pull up bar with straps to do rows? Seems safe to me. I have a Golds Gym resistance bands kit kinda like this and the "rings" are a foam tube with plastic clip. Unsure if this will take 200lbs for elevated rows. Thinking of getting gymnastics rings for rows.
