My scale's app syncs with my fitbit account, and the fitbit account syncs with trendweight.com.
I have a weigh scale that measures biometrics, I wonder if these are accurate enough that it would help. Only $38 (Canadian dollars), so it's not a big expense and I found it very useful to help track water % and a few other things. If I have a salty dinner, I notice my water % and weight go up, but then drop down after a few days of the salt being worked out.

This is the one I got. I've never seen most of the metrics on a scale but I've seen body fat percentage on others, and just wonder how it gets that.
