It seems like you’re not getting enough moisture in your routine, you should try incorporating an oil into your routine. Some carriers that work really well are rosehip, jojoba, pumpkin seed, some people even like argan or castor oil (although these are very heavy and I wouldn’t recommend starting with these). Simple carrier oils are generally pretty cheap too, I got this rosehip oil from Amazon for $13 (Rosehip Seed Oil by Kate Blanc. USDA Certified Organic, 100% Pure, Cold Pressed, Unrefined. Reduce Acne Scars. Essential Oil for Face, Nails, Hair, Skin. Therapeutic AAA+ Grade (1 oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N3340K7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Dx5WCb5ZFAHAK). You can also use a facial oil blend from a good brand, I like Herbivore’s Phoenix and Orchid oil (Herbivore Botanicals - Mini Facial Oil Trio https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KCPSNPK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Bs5WCbHDJW4H9) and I super love Sunday Riley’s Juno oil (Sunday Riley Juno JUNO Antioxidant + Superfood Face Oil, 1.18 Fl Oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HW1P8SE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_yt5WCbFDTXK83). These are pretty pricey options but since you only need to mix a few drops in with your moisturizer, they last a long time.

But yeah, it definitely sounds like incorporating an oil into your routine would help balance your moisture a bit more. I hope this all helps!

I use this one. It’s the first one I’ve tried, so I don’t know how it compares with others.

Rosehip Seed Oil by Kate Blanc

I use the Kate Blanc oil. It's USDA Certified and 100% organic (basically, it's legit!) lol. I get it from Amazon and I'm currently on my 4th bottle with no problems. Great price point too!
