This would make me quite happy as it would allow me to play with my friend! If you look under the used and new section, they have it from $6.30 new!
It looks like this is a special Loyalty Edition. From the Additional Info section of System Requirements

I'd expect it to go up as a daily deal on Steam if it hasn't already (I can't remember for some reason).
Weeeeell GSC Game World doesn't exist anymore and they have given up on the STALKER series indefinitely... so... just saying.
