DO NOT BUY SR3 The Full Package for $12.49 unless you want all of the challenge and fun sucked out of the game. Some of the DLC just breaks the game. Amazon sells cheap DLC codes so you can pick out only the stuff you want after finishing the base game.

You didn't specify a platform, which makes this a little more difficult than it could be, but let's give it a shot.

Saints Row: The Third for PC.

I tried to not to take the easy way out and get something that's not on sale, but failed miserably. Gotta recommend Darksiders for PC when it's 80% off instead (sale ends in five hours as I'm typing this).

This is not true of all games, but it is true of many. Anything that uses "steamworks" can (and must) be activated on steam, as well as a few others that chose to make this an option. Checking the user-added tags on the game is usually your best bet for quickly determining if a game can be activated.

For example:
Borderlands won't.

But L.A. Noir, Saints Row, and Metro 2033 will.
