Just bought the 32” CH70G VA curved, 144hz , 1440p Freesync 2 monitor for £513 from Amazon and absolutely love it.

Edit: £506 now

I really wanted to get one of the 1440p 32" VA 60Hz monitors because the colors and contrast are amazing but once I got a 144Hz monitor I just have to wait for the 1440p 32" VA 144Hz monitor and this time it's coming with HDR10 somehow as well as sammy's quantum dots. Also, while the AUO VA panels have had issues with ghosting, Samsung seems to have bypassed that issue.

Fingers crossed it stays around $500. I'm going to wait if they charge over $650 or $700.

I am disappointed though that the Dell OLED 30" 4k 120Hz monitor was changed to 60Hz. It looks like if you're insistent on OLED that you'll have to wait a while.

I'm hoping though that true QLED becomes a think before I have to upgrade that Samsung 1440p 144Hz monitor so I can skip OLED entirely.

QLED is capable of blowing even OLED out of the water in terms of color with all the contrast of OLED and none of the burn in.

Edit: I think this is the monitor I'm talking about:

Go for 1440p, I guess the new xbox may run 100hz at 4k but who knows. At 32inches which I assume you're getting I'd say it would be hard to tell the difference. Here the top end one I'd go for but the not qled one would do just fine https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071Z46XQT/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_UIeRDbE1VPZ7Y

Just from marketing information and the UK Amazon link. The specs of the monitors have been floating out there for some time, since CES I believe.

As far as the G-Sync versions, that seems to be a little bit sketchier. There's a reddit post that seems to be generally accurate mentioning a CHG75 version of the 27 inch model, but I haven't actually seen a whole lot about that from other sources and I've been looking since I first came across this stuff last month.

Suspect that we'll get more information at Computex.
