Scraping the higher end of the budget but the samsung A50 is a pretty solid phone for your budget.

They should be the same, there is only a couple models, but the ones with the G are the ones for North and South America. I have the A505G 64GB version and came with a free 64GB microSD card, bought it off Amazon for $260. I'm on on Metro by TMobile in Chicago, so using the same network as TMobile. In Chicago, TMobile uses mostly band 4 and band 12 for LTE, my signal is good on this phone, usually get around 20 down and 15 up, but occasionally seen it go to 40 down and 25 up in some parts of the city.
