I do it myself because you know, money. I use this but it's significantly cheaper if you buy it directly from the company than through amazon. I do use muslin strips with this. For hard wax, I use this, but am considering moving to cerapil or just sugaring everything.
I used the Gigi's wax and hated it. It wouldn't dry hard enough to pull so it was basically like trying to pull bubble gum out of my hair; terrible. Have you had this issue? I use this now and love it.
