I'm in the US. I saw those on Ikea's website for US$60. I think I would need 3 of those, which comes to US$180.

I still like the IKEA one you linked to better. I just don't like the price.
CD binders will lead to scratches. Buy a shelf. Here's a relatively inexpensive one that holds a lot of games.. I had to buy something like this for the same reason.
