Wildlife Research hunting soap/shampoo. It is available in the sporting goods department or from amazon at reasonable prices. Their clothing wash is what I use for laundry along with a cup of apple cider vinegar.

edit: I think a whole lot of people here haven't made this connection yet. Its natural for these people to try to wash fastidiously and only worsenss the condition. I used to get horrible rashes until I quit wearing underwear. If you wipe your but right you don't need them anyway.
