I know you already mentioned the artist, but I gotta say if you like Jedi Mind Tricks check out Servants in heaven, Kings in Hell. I'm sure it's just nostalgia, but this is my favorite album of all time, and I think you'll enjoy some of the fuel in R.A. the Rugged Man on Uncommon Valor.
Otherwise the other posters really hit the nail on the head, I'd recommend Necro and Tech N9ne as well.
Someone I haven't seen mentioned on here is Celph Titled. It's a bit more hip-hoppy, but there's some pretty nasty and aggressive rhymes in his work. Check out the songs: All out War, Do That, 616 Rewind, Floss Filthy.
Obviously you should also check out Ill Bill, Necro's brother, he raps pretty filthy too. I also like Cognito, and as another comment mentioned, Diabolic and Immortal Technique.
