Very decent build quality for $50, and it tilts which lets a precious little bit of air flow through. The rollers don't lock and the two sides are a little awkward, but there is plenty of room for the iPad and 4 (or more) water bottles.

I use one of these. Granted, I have a laptop on it, but I've used it to game on my TV with mouse + kb. Adjustable height and wheels make it easy to move around when I get up.
