You can get some on Amazon very cheap. You also might be able to get some from Michaels if you don’t want to wait.
I use these. Stuff never comes off and you have lots of spares. Plus they force the item to remain pressed against the shirt. Looks way more professional.
I would never be able to wear all those pins because I'd just keep worrying about losing them :v
FYI you should switch to the rubber backings instead of the butterfly clasps if you haven't, they're way superior for pins.
