As others have suggested.. Read the FM, The FAA Handbook and I picked up the SIFT Study Guide by Accepted from Amazon for $28 as others have suggested elsewhere online.. I am set to take the test Friday myself and not sure why you are being told you only have one chance, as you have 2 technically.. If you fail the first time you must wait 181 days till you can take it again. Fail twice and your out. However, if you pass with an above 40 score you can no longer take the test. What you get is what you get.. Study study study! I also found a CRAM flash cards app for my phone that you can search "Helicopter Knowledge" for the old AFAST questions that will relate to the new SIFT as well.. Any questions let me know! I'll report back if I passed.. or I won't report back at all!! hah.. :/

I bought this one (below) and quickly found out the math section was completely useless. Don't waste your money.
