I like the black Simpatch with Skin Tac wipes. I wear almost exclusively dark clothing, because as a diabetic, I could leak blood from any number of needle poked places. When the patch attracts fuzzies, it's no big deal because it's already black.
They actually make heat-activated adhesives for CGMs. They are way better than medical tape.
I play flag football, my CGM never gets in the way. Just last Tuesday we played in 100 degree heat index with inhumane humidity. I didn't have any problems using a simpatch.
