If you’d like a different kind of wrist brace, I used Skids for like 5-6 years. They work well for events you can’t use tiger paws on (pommel horse, parallel bars)

I experienced something similar to what you were having and didn't want to quit the bodyweight fitness because of it so I purchased these and though I still have wrist pain without them on, it doesn't happen even when I do handstands with them on. If you want a wrap while you wod, you pretty much have to go with a fabric one as /u/gepardcv recommended.

I own them, they dont have to be adjusted, and they limit wrist extension more than the fabric wraps.
