Pretty sure this was invented by a guy in the northwest (Idaho or Wymoning or something like that). Reason I know this is my friends dad, I believe, bought the patent for this and tried to make a business out of them. I think he eventually sold them to a larger company. I got to play with a bunch of prototypes and the pass back actually worked really really well assuming you didnt suck at throwing a football and had a solid flat wall to throw against.
