Just get one of these http://www.amazon.com/Skyroad-Quality-Exfoliating-Mitten-package/dp/B00CA8ZEIS
and stay in your tub for like 30 min and try scrubbing yourself with it. You know its working when the dead skin/dirt starts peeling, if it hurts you're going at it to hard

Something like this or this is what I use, some Asian markets have them in the soap section.

The skin on your arms and legs generally is much stronger for most people and can withstand more physical exfoliation. If you'd like to try a popular and cheap method, I suggest Italy Towels.

I have fair and sensitive skin and even though I scrub my body with these after soaking in a warm bath, I am not left with any red bumps or irritation. The dead skin sloughs off and I am left with really soft skin for a week or two. Just don't use it too much on any areas that have open wounds or a significant amount of acne. Ouch.

So I did some searching and this product was recommended for exfoliating KP. I guess you soak in the bath first and then exfoliate. Could be similar to what you'd get using the gloves but it is a Korean product haha.

Is 'little towel pouch' the green thing in your sample pictures? It's a little bath mitt to scrub yourself down and get dead skin off. Like these

Here's a link to what I bought, but there are multiple sellers of similar.
