Check to make sure you have the spare tire, and that it's inflated properly, there should be a jack and a tire iron(wrench?) as well.

I also suggest the following:

If you have a smartphone: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004B7YXOM/ (Lets you read codes off any OBDII car. Fun for friends and family too.) Keep in glovebox.

A cigarette outlet powered tire inflator: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000ENQRD2/ or http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002ZBWKAU/ (I have the first one and it works as advertised). Keep in trunk.

Also I don't know how the 2012 system works for music and navigation, but integration with your smartphone is very nice for music and nav.

(purely cosmetic and expensive.) Also look up vinyl wrapping if you're bored. Protects your paint job while you're at it :P

Tubeless or tubed? For tubeless tires, I've been carrying the Stop-n-Go Tire Plugging Gun coupled with a Slime 12V air compressor for a couple of years now, used them four times so far, it's a lifesaver for me and anyone I'm riding with.

For tubed, I can't help ya.

Or do the old standby. Carry a manual air pump in your vehicle. (yes, the kind hand pump kind for bicycles). They are always free after the initial purchase price. It takes a while, (about 5 minutes), to air up a completly flat tire, but after you pay the initial $20, you have free compressed air for the duration of the life of the pump, (which is decades).

You should be carrying one in your vehicle anyhow for emergency situations. What if you have a flat one day, and it's not safe to change the tire, (such as on the side of a freeway), or even more mundane, you walk out to your car one day to go to work, and you have a low tire? Just pull out your pump and get to work. You can buy one at Walmart or Amazon

They also have these neat contraptions that you can plug into your cigarette lighter, and have a power air compressor that you can use without using any manual effort. These are also only $20.
