We have a “magic egg” we put our treats in. It’s like one of those wobbly ones you have to knock around to get the treats out of. Only 1 of my 3 will eat treats, but that’s how we give them to her. Make her work for them and slows down how fast she eats them. We also have a plastic canister that has an air tight locking top that keeps them fresh, but a cat can’t get into. Only way we’ve found to safely store them. Lol. Here’s the egg toy we have. There are others, too. Look for cat treat toys. SmartyCat Egg Toy

Sassy and Martu stop fighting!
It takes a few months for the initial fighting to stop. We just adopted a third cat, and we found that distracting the other two with a treat dispensing toy (like this one) helps, especially if you put it down as they're instigating hostilities.

Yeah - I don't like that one because I don't want my kittehs to associate string or wire with something to play with/reward. Seems a little risky in a house full of chords.

I'm considering the SmartyKat KnockOut. THey like to knock around toys, so a toy that dispenses the occasional Greenie should be a big hit.
