Heads up, new on Amazon these are $59.
By far my favorite knife company. I'd get this next. Decent price too.
I've got one of the clip point tridents and actually like it quite a bit. It opens well and I like the lock, and the AUS-8 steel sharpens and takes an edge pretty well. It's very lightweight but still has a nice, full handle. I think the cord cutter in the handle (it's not made for seatbelts, it's made for things like paracord) is maybe a bit gimmicky, but I don't think it detracts from the design.
If you want assisted, also consider the Kershaw Shallot. It comes in black, too.
One that I recently bought was the Leatherman CS, it has the same tools as the little SD victorinox but I like the design and feel a little more. Leatherman has the Skeletool as well if you're interested in something bigger.
On a classier side I really liked my Buck Chairman. It's only knives, no tools but it's a quality product.
Personally I always carry my Victorinox one handed Trekker in my pocket and my SOG Trident in my backpack just for good measure.
