Hmmmmm...did you fill them too much? I use gelatin ones from Amazon:

I mix avb from my vape in a pot at low heat with a bunch of coconut oil, for about 45 minutes, mashing it down every few minutes and stirring. Then I filter it through a colander. I then use a dropper and fill each capsule, you fill the larger half almost to the brim and then close it. Make sure you get NO water at all anywhere near the process. Water makes them dissolve.
I keep them in a bag at room temperature for months and have never had an issue with them liquifying or melting.

Maybe put it inside a couple of these in of a bottle of painkillers in case they see it on the x-ray they won't get suspicious.
Never tried it myself, so idk. There are probably other tricks too.
