Octovo sleeve is great and allows naked reading. I also like their Solis light, which takes a AA battery and covers the Kindle evenly. A Three Feet easel completes my Kindle happiness.
I got one of these little battery powered ones for £20. I've used it for probably a hundred hours over the course of a year and it shows no signs of dimming.
