The Sony xba-h3 is in your price range. It's the successor of the mdr 7550. Huge soundstage and neutral and clear tonality.
Sony XBA-H3. They look weird, but have amazing sound and great security in the ear. Easy to drive and changeable cables. I chose them after having Shure 535 and Sennheiser IE80
