You could probably go larger if you look at models with a center stand, as opposed to the legs at the corners. Not sure on your budget, but you can look at the Sony x930E which has a center stand on its 55" model, that would likely fit. Can also look at the LG OLED 55
None of these monitors are the highest spec'd out of sony. as an example the x900e vs the 905e are quite different, however if you are looking for the best 'value' i'd get the 900e.

If you are upgrading from an older panel or heaven forbid a CRT, you'll be happy with any of them and if you have a really big room get the panel that fits the room.
