I like it because it connects to the phone over bluetooth, so there's no cables to plug in. It will connect to your car radio over FM or AUX. I use Tasker to start my playlist when it connects to the bluetooth.

That will allow you to stream your music to an FM frequency that you turn your radio to. There are wired versions, too, that go for quite a bit less.
Or you could use this which connects to your phone via bluetooth and transmitt the music via radio to the car and you can change what station you want.
