I think a lot of value goes into how it's built. I have a cheapo brimnes and I never hear a peep out of it. Sometimes the Ikea people aren't the best at putting their own furniture together. I've been in the show room and I've spotted things that were assembled incorrectly.
Maybe find the source of the noise and brace it with something like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00004Z0R1 just make sure to drill holes for the screws before driving them into the wood.
You could use metal braces (example #1, example #2), and screw them behind/under some or all of the corner joints.
You can also use triangular pieces or blocks of wood to the same end.
I think the braces you screw in from behind are hidden better, but the braces screwed in under might hold up better. The "behind" braces might just end up splitting your boards.
If you use wood blocks, you can of course glue them instead of screwing, which might distribute the forces better.
if it's just a standard PC PSU just use a small L bracket. Put in a larger screw to hold the bracket to the board and a standard PSU screw through the other side to hold the PSU in place.
Something kinda like this only it doesn't have to be a double hole.: https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Hardware-75-6111-Corner-Braces/dp/B00004Z0R1/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1504218784&sr=8-1&keywords=small+L-bracket
Just a couple of right angle brackets
It probably won't support a server on just front screws. You could use something like these www.amazon.com/dp/B00004Z0R1 to brace it on the back though. It would cut down on total rack space though.
