There are days going to work that I like using "The Enterprise" and "Leaving Drydock" from Goldsmith's Star Trek: The Motion Picture soundtrack or Enterprise Clears Moorings from Horner's Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan soundtrack. When I was going to grad school a couple of years ago one of the things I did with extra student loan money was pick up all the soundtracks from all the TOS and TNG crew movies and music from TOS, TNG, and DS9. I've loved listening to them all at different times.
If you're on a budget though, I'd recommend the Star Trek Album. It's the best bang for your buck with music from the movies and TV shows.
