I have it and it has worked out great for me. A friend has BCW Z-folio and it looks decent. I think it comes down to whether you want one with a zipper or not. Mine is mainly for deckbuilding, so I didn't want a zipper.

BTW, the star city games X4 is made by Legion, which makes very good quality binders and their side loading pages are the best I've seen, with very good QC.
