You absolutely must try Sensoril. I say this as someone who has ADHD inattentive type and bipolar disorder, and am on medication that literally makes me call hotsauce a hotdog and the couch in the living room a bench (lamotrigine).

Sensoril is amazing. Also, keep up on your water intake. Oh, and Sensoril is not KSM-66, they are different formulations. A study of Sensoril for improved cognition literally showed like a 30% increase in cognitive performance on certain tests. Google "sensoril cognition bipolar disorder study" and it should come up within a page or two (it's a bit hidden). I started taking Sensoril when I read about it in the book "Bipolar, Not So Much" by Drs. Aiken and Phelps, M.D., world leaders in the study of bipolar disorders, so they felt confident enough to put it in there by name.

Oh, and it's really inexpensive, too.
