We use these backs and never have an issue

They're easy to take on and off (no key needed) but stay locked on tight until ready to remove

Don't buy the ones with the wrench. I bought spring loaded fastener ones, kind of like these. You don't have to worry about a tiny tool and I've never had an issue with them.
