I skipped the guesswork and bought sleeping bras that offer support but aren’t as restrictive as sports bras. like these. The sizes are S, M, L, XL, and XXL. They have versions for nursing too.
I just got some a few weeks ago, maybe at 33 weeks and I do not regret it! My current size is on the smaller end of the spectrum for the size I ordered, so I think they should still be good for when my boobs get even bigger.
