I've had bad luck with that one you're showing me...spring broke on two of those I used in my last house...swore I'd never use them again.

I have one of these on my basement door, and it's awesome, but I'm not sure if the closing force would actually allow it to latch all the way due to some weather stripping on the bottom of my kitchen door.
