American football goalposts are 10 feet from the ground, but I couldn't find out if that is to the top, center, or bottom of the 6 inch crossbar. That looks like a tetherball, so maybe the ball is 9 inches bellow the post? So he is jumping somewhere between 10 feet minus 6+9 inches and 10 feet minus 9 inches? That puts him somewhere between 267 cm and 281 cm, not counting that he probably is getting a bit above the bottom of the ball. In the video he only got his head 263 cm off the ground, so that picture may be higher.
