You can use it for almost every helmet, because its a universal fit design, and all you have to do is put the pads together, then put it inside your helmet. It should also come with instructions too, incase you need to see how they fit together.

It's a bit big on my noggin, so I just bought some nicer padding on amazon and now it fits great!
