Luxury grade Imperial Bai Mu Dan White Peony tea that is harvested from the first flush of this year's Spring.White Peony is a famous classic Chinese tea and is considered to be synonymous with wealth and honor in China. Our Imperial Bai Mu Dan White Peony is one of the most incredibly vibrant and fresh Bai Mu Dan teas that we have ever tasted. This is the freshest and full-bodied of our delicate white teas, and once steeped you will appreciate how complex and delicate this fine tea is.Experience a beautiful light golden tea liquor that has a heady aroma of stone fruit, and fresh-cut grass. Its flavor is sweet and fruity and has a fresh green grass character, it finished with flowery heady notes and very little astringency.

I feel like you have more control of you use lose leaves and can always ensure they are still "fresh." The pre packaged teas never tastes as full bodied to me. Here's a link to one of the white teas I have purchased before, it's pretty good. Organic Imperial White Peony Pai Mu Tan White Tea - 3.5oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E7B2FE2/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_J9t7wb37CHZ8Z

I've been buying my from a local coffee shop recently because they buy in bulk then sell by the oz so it's really cheap AND i can try the teas before I purchase a few oz to take home. If you look in your area for coffee/tea houses or possibly small restaurants they might have a similar set up? In Nashville we also have a few tea companies who do custom blends and shit like that. Here's one of those companies, High Gardens online shop http://www.highgardentea.com/shop-online/4563145612/Green-Teas

Also, before brewing these be sure to look up brew temps..white tea has a lower brewing temp than green. Green tea has a bit lower brewing temp than black tea. I noticed a difference in taste when I stopped over boiling my water, for sure.
