I bought my Note 5 to use with GearVR and needed something to protect the screen from even the smallest of scratches, so I bought this Tech21 case. My Note 5 can be removed from the case very easily when want to use it for VR, but doesn't fall out accidentally. It's got a slot for credit cards. I put my student ID, Drivers License and 1 credit card in it easily.
